The hotel was conveniently located near Raven Golf Club, perfect for a quick round with my adult kids. We enjoyed our stay exploring the area, and even got to lounge by the pool, thanks to the friendly staff's hospitality.

In my wife’s opinion, the room needed better cleaning and maintenance. More towels would help families with children.

Checking in took more time than expected, and there was no elevator, making it tough to carry suitcases upstairs. A hairdryer wasn't in the room, and the phone didn't work to call for one. The breakfast options were limited, with rubbery eggs and hard bagels, and the jacuzzi had an unclean appearance. This place could use significant upgrades.

Family that is struggling, stay away!

The staff tried to be nice, like they really did, but nothing could mend the room's miserable state. Breakfast was available a bit longer than expected, which saved us from leaving hunger.

Not cheap, not even close, but tolerable if you lower your standards.

The afternoon staff was nice and tried to help us. The coffee was decent, and we appreciated the effort, but it couldn't mask the other issues!

Our room looked like it had seen better days—scratches, dirty floors, and a fan that roared louder than my mother-in-law! Let's just say I won't be leaving any bare footprints here!

the location is super close to the buckeye aquatics center, perfect for a refreshing afternoon. There are lovely walking trails nearby that make exploring the area so enjoyable. the hotel makes it easy to check in, which is a bonus for those eager to start their city strolls right away.
